At The House of Amouage, we strive for your complete satisfaction with our luxury fragrances; however, if you are not entirely pleased, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Team via the online portal or email with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the item in its original, cellophane-wrapped packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and attach it to the exterior of your package, ensuring any previous shipping marks are covered.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our boutique specialists inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
